Dadu Terms & Conditions — A Guide to Using Our Platform

Acceptance of Terms of Use

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and dadu ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the dadu platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

Continued use of the dadu platform following any changes to these Terms will be considered acceptance of those changes. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using this platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the dadu platform.
• Use of the platform is at your own risk.
• These Terms are governed by applicable Malaysian law.
• Dadu reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with reasonable notice.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of services on the dadu platform, you will need to register a personal account by providing accurate and complete information. Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account active at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts without notice.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any party.
• All activity under your account, including financial transactions.
• Notifying dadu immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping the personal information in your account accurate and up to date.

Dadu will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

Liability Limits & Disclaimers

The dadu platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. dadu does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or suited to every user's specific needs.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, dadu shall not be liable for:

• Direct or indirect financial losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond dadu's control.
• Content, products, or services provided by third parties linked to or integrated with the platform.
• Data loss resulting from technical failures or the user's own actions.

Users agree that dadu's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Miscellaneous

Account Suspension & Closure

Dadu reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a Terms violation, suspicious activity, or at the request of a relevant authority. Users may also close their own account by contacting the dadu support team.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, software code, and other materials on the dadu platform are the exclusive property of dadu or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any such materials without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The dadu platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. dadu is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users access such links at their own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Dadu reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the platform. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
